1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to PostReady (“PostReady”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing, browsing, or utilizing the website, web application, APIs, and associated services available at postready.org (collectively, the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you possess the legal authority to bind such entity to these Terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

PostReady provides an AI-powered editorial content repurposing platform designed for creators, founders, agencies, and publications. The Service processes user-submitted text, articles, transcripts, and notes, generating structured derivatives such as X/Twitter threads, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, and summaries across multiple tones, languages, and archetypes.

Features and quota access vary based on whether you access the free tier, purchase standalone credit packages, or maintain an active paid subscription plan (such as Starter, Pro, or Agency tiers).

3. User Accounts & Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account using a valid email address via our authentication provider. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete account information.
• Maintain the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
• Promptly notify us at support@postready.org if you detect or suspect any unauthorized access or breach of your account.
• Take full responsibility for all activities conducted under your registered account.

4. Subscriptions, Payments & Merchant of Record

Paddle.com as Merchant of Record: All orders, subscription billings, and digital product sales conducted through PostReady are facilitated, billed, and fulfilled by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all orders placed on PostReady. Paddle acts as the seller of record, processes payments, calculates and remits applicable local sales taxes (including VAT, GST, and US state sales taxes), and handles chargebacks and refunds.

Billing Cycles & Automatic Renewal: Paid subscription tiers are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually, as selected during checkout). Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date via the customer billing portal or your account settings.

Currency & Taxes: Pricing is localized based on your detected billing region. All applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout by Paddle before purchase completion. You authorize Paddle to charge your specified payment method for all recurring subscription fees.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your recurring subscription at any time. When cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of your prepaid billing period, and no further recurring charges will occur.

Refund eligibility is governed by our dedicated Refund & Cancellation Policy, which includes a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscription orders upon request to support or Paddle.

6. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

Your Content: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and title to any text, notes, source material, or data you submit to PostReady (“User Content”). You grant PostReady a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license solely for the limited purpose of processing, generating, and delivering your requested derivative formats.

Generated Outputs: To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, you own all rights, title, and interest in the transformed text outputs generated by PostReady based on your User Content. You are free to publish, edit, distribute, monetize, and commercialize your generated outputs.

PostReady Platform IP: The Service, including our software, user interface design, logos, brand assets, proprietary prompts, archetypes, and underlying algorithms, is owned by PostReady and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the platform.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate, distribute, or promote defamatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, fraudulent, or unlawful material.
• Infringe upon any third party’s copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or privacy rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, bypass rate limits, or disrupt the Service infrastructure or third-party AI APIs.
• Automate unauthorized bulk requests or resell raw API access without explicit written consent.
• Use outputs to create misleading impersonations or deceptive automated spam campaigns.

8. AI Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

PostReady harnesses cutting-edge large language models to produce transformed editorial formats. Generative AI outputs are probabilistic by nature. You are solely responsible for reviewing, fact-checking, and vetting all generated copy prior to public distribution or commercial publication.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POSTREADY AND PADDLE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. NEITHER POSTREADY NOR PADDLE SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms or engage in fraudulent or abusive conduct. Upon termination, your right to use the Service terminates immediately.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any non-payment disputes arising from your use of PostReady shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to online digital service providers, without regard to conflict of law principles. Payment-specific transactions and buyer disputes handled by Paddle are subject to Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms.
